Order Processing and Shipping

All orders placed on the Karpster website are processed during business hours: from 10:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday. After you complete your order, our manager will promptly contact you to confirm all details. If you place an order after 17:00, you will receive a call on the next business day.

Shipping Schedule:

Prepared orders are shipped daily (on business days) at 17:00.

• If your order is placed on the website before 16:00 on the current day (and, in the case of prepayment, the funds are successfully received by that time), we guarantee shipping the same day.
• Orders placed after 16:00 are automatically moved to shipment on the next business day.

Payment and Delivery Methods

Payment Options

• Cash on Delivery (Nova Poshta): Payment is made upon receiving the parcel at the branch. Please note: the carrier charges an additional fee for the cash-on-delivery service.
• Bank Transfer: Payment to an entrepreneur’s account (via IBAN) or to a PrivatBank card. Payment details are provided by the manager after confirming the order.

Delivery Across Ukraine

1. Nova Poshta: Delivery to a branch or courier delivery to your address.
   • Free: Delivery to Nova Poshta branches is free for all orders over 2000 UAH.
   • Paid: Courier delivery is always paid by the customer according to the carrier’s rates.

Please note that the final delivery cost is calculated based on the weight, dimensions of the parcel, and the current rates of the selected carrier.
