Rules for exchanging and returning goods

The Karpster online store provides returns and exchanges of products in accordance with the current requirements of the legislation of Ukraine. The return of goods of proper quality is possible within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of your order. In the event that the return or exchange occurs due to the fault of the store (for example, an error in the configuration or the detection of a manufacturing defect), the shipping costs are covered by the store. If the goods of proper quality are returned through no fault of the store, the payment for transportation services is borne by the buyer. According to current legislation, you have the right to return or exchange a quality product within 14 days, provided that the following requirements are met:

  • The product has not been used and does not have any signs of use: scratches, chips, stains, abrasions, etc.
  • The product is complete, and the factory (factory) packaging is intact.
  • All factory markings and original labels are preserved.
  • The appearance of the product and all its consumer characteristics must be preserved.

Please note: When receiving the parcel at a Nova Poshta or Ukrposhta branch, you automatically confirm your agreement with the quality and package of the product. We strongly recommend that you inspect your order directly in the presence of a transport company employee.
