Privacy Policy and Consent to Personal Data Processing

Every user who submits a request or places a purchase on the website karpster.com (hereinafter — the Site) consents to the processing of personal data in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection”.
Placing an order through the Site, by phone, or through other communication channels shall be deemed full acceptance of the terms of this Policy.
The user confirms that consent to the processing of personal data has been given freely, consciously and of their own will.

• What data we may collect: last name, first name, middle name; contact phone number; email address; delivery address; order information; other data voluntarily provided by the user when placing an order or contacting the store.

Processing may be carried out both using automated means and without them.
• Transfer of data to third parties is carried out only when necessary to fulfill an order: delivery services, payment services and banking institutions, website technical support services. We do not transfer personal data to third parties for advertising purposes without the user’s consent.
